Combining leading academic knowledge from the University 5G Technology Team alongside industry experts the vision is to create a vibrant and internationally visible 5G technology cluster.

The centre features large scale industry, government and academic research and development projects alongside delivery and deployment projects to work closely with key partners and local organisations while linking into the Scotland 5G Centre, which is hosted by the University of Strathclyde in the Technology and Innovation Centre building.
